Programs
Individualized Program:
This 6 week program begins with a comprehensive assessment with the parent/child to understand their unique needs and from there, our team creates a customized program, which would include fitness training, nutrition education, mindfulness and mental health exercises. Each participant will be assigned with a coach who will help them achieve success with their program, provide guidance and motivation, and be available for support and communication. Upon completion, participants will have learned the tools needed to make positive choices about their health and wellness and maintain healthy lifestyles.
Our goal with this program is to introduce the important role that physical activity and nutrition play in maintaining optimal health as well as its impact on making positive decisions and achieving success in life. This program is conducted virtually.
